“Please forgive the tardiness of this letter. It is something I have meant to write since doing business with you in early August when you repaired our Toyota Prius.

First of all, thank you for the outstanding work on our car. Like every owner with a damaged vehicle, my hope was that you could restore it to some semblance of the original product. You and your staff not only did that, but indeed, exceeded my expectations in every way.

 

From the front office to the back shop we were treated with a level of courtesy, respect and professionalism that I have rarely experienced before. This was particularly delightful coming from a body shop where customer service is not the normal priority. But you went out of you way to smoothly facilitate what has always been a frustrating and painful experience for me.

 

With all due respect I sincerely hope we won’t be doing business again soon! But should we ever end up with a need for bodywork you will be our first choice.
